The
bottom of the pyramid was my
domain. Yeah that’s right, I was a
big boned cheerleader. I could
dance, jump and had as much spunk as
any skinny girl. Everyone said,
“its just baby fat,” or “you’ll grow
out of it.” At eighteen I was
finished growing and that fat wasn’t
going anywhere. Grad was coming up
and there was no way my body was
holding me back from having a good
time. I joined a gym, started
exercising, and began eating
healthy.
It’s now
four years later and I am in love
with fitness. Through trial and
error I learned about exercising. I
went from 170 lbs. to 140 lbs. I
have now come to a plateau, even
though I have yet to meet my goal of
having a love handle free stomach.
When I
saw your program on Shaw TV, I knew
I was a perfect candidate for Bodies
N’ Motion. I will give 110%
commitment and effort. I am
determined to do anything for a lean
toned physique. I assure you this
won’t just be a sixteen-week
challenge, it’s a lifestyle.
