I
believe I would be a good candidate
for your body image make over as I
have been attempting such for about
the past ten years. I am closing in
on forty five and in the past have
tried numerous diets and exercise
programs with limited success. I
currently weigh in at about 210 and
no matter what I have tried I do not
seem to be able to get down below
192 to 194. Everything I have tried
in the past has worked to get me
down to that point but then seems to
stall. It is gratifying to see the
in initial weight loss and
corresponding energy lift but when I
reach the plateau of just over 190 I
seem to stall. The past ten years I
have been too involved with family
concerns to actually stick through
this period as it seems to last for
months. S soon as I stop whatever
regimen I am doing the weight flows
back on far faster than I lose it.
I am unfortunately in a sedentary
job with little physical work
required and as such tend to be more
mentally exhausted at the end of a
day than physically. I would love
to get back to the shape of my mid
20’s as that was when I had a
physical job which entailed
approximately 1000 lifts of fifty
pound objects per day. I believe I
have the commitment to follow
through with a little incentive.
Attempting to do this type of change
under the microscope of your contest
may just be the straw that breaks
the camels back and enables me to
pass the sticking point. I used to
be very active in running and
racquetball but even these did not
deliver the results I desired. I am
currently a member of a club but as
my work shift has changed I do not
have the time in the morning anymore
to attend regularly. I hope you
will consider me for this program as
it is not the prizes I am interested
in but the body make over.
Sincerely
James
