For
most of my life (I'm 55, going on
56) I've felt under-muscled and
somewhat overweight. I have never
been really well muscled, and lately
I've been losing muscle and putting
on fat. I am depressed that I am
going downhill. I believe that
your 16 week challenge could truly
help me transform. I'm getting
worried because my mother is dying
from the effects of diabetes and,
unless I can change myself, I am
highly likely to suffer from
diabetes also. I used to enjoy
jogging, and jogging helped me stay
reasonably in shape. In 1990, an
orthopedic surgeon told me that if I
continued jogging I would soon not
be able to walk. (The inside
cartilage on my left knee was
completely removed when I was 21 and
now the bones splinter against each
other if I jog.) Since 1990 I have
mostly walked to try to stay in
shape, but lately I find that
because of some arthritis in my
right hip my walking is impaired. I
would really appreciate assistance,
through your 16 week
personalized training program, to
lose fat and gain muscle. I am
wearing 38 inch waist pants, when I
used to wear 30 or 32 inch waist
pants. I am distressed that my
abdominal pot belly and my family
history of diabetes are going to
bring on diabetes to me. I will
fully commit myself to your training
program. I will devote 2 hours or
more every day to following your
instructions. I will keep a daily
journal and submit it daily. I am
completely willing to be profiled
through the media and the website.
My commitment will produce results
that will reflect well on this
challenge and Bodies N Motion.
