Todays Journal

May 12th,

Well, I know I should play catch up but as you can see from my previous jpurnal entries its not going to be alot of information. So instead I'll call this this first day of the rest of this journal. This the day after Mothers day and what a wonderful day it was yesterday. A perfect day for a barbecue with the whole family outside in the sun. I must admit that I did eat more than I should have but still within means of the plan, lots of protein. Exercise is going well and planning to push a bit more. All in all everything is going according to plan. Hope everyone else is enjoying the transformation as much as I am.

April 22

Paying the price for over doing it a bit on the weekend.

April 21

Over did it a bit but back on track.

April 20

Today will be a challenge to not over do the eating. Dinner at my wife's parents and Sandra's mother is a very good cook.

April 19

Did some more work outside, the sun is shinning and I feel great.

April 18

Took advantage of having the day off and did a good run and a very unrushed workout.

April 17

Looking forward to a good workout first thing when I get home tonight.

April 16

When do people find the time to journal, I'm going to have to work on that. Feeling good.

April 15

Went for a good run and had a good workout after the run.

April 14

A busy Monday at work, missed lunch and felt extremely hungry by the time I got home. But did not over do it at dinner.

April 13

Did some more work out in the yard then went for a jog and did my exercises. Generally a very quite day.

April 12

Went for a very nice walk with my wife Sandra as we do every Saturday and sometimes Sundays. Eating plan is going well and feeling great.

April 11

Time flies when your having fun, and I'm having fun with this challenge. The only fear I have is that I'm not very verbose when it comes to the journaling. But other than that it is going very well.

 

April 10

 Going to work out tonight.

April 9

 No work out but did eat according to plan.

 April 8

 Weights only, ate according to plan and feeling good.

 April 7

 Went for a good jog and did the weights. Ate well.

 April 6

 Got outside and did some yard work which felt good. Ate according to plan.

 April 5

 Very low key day, lots of rain, I was hoping to go for a jog. Ate according to plan.

 April 4

 Another good work out with a jog around the park. The best thing about this how good I feel and the added energy.

 April 3

 Everything is going well. Without being obsessed with the plan it is working. What a concept.

 April 2

 Did a good work out after work and ate according to plan.

 April 1

 Its working, feeling better than I have in along time. I am seeing and feeling results. The best part is the breakfasts that I did not pay attention to before, I now look forward to them.

MARCH JOURNALS 

March 17

 
Still on track, no I would not think of quitting. Feeling better if for no other reason than that I am now eating better and regularly. following the exercise program.
 
March 18
 
Looking forward to meeting on March 29 to lean more about meal alternatives.

I apologize if I am not very helpful in terms of long form journaling. But if things were not going well then I might have more to say. Otherwise all is well and I'm moving forward and feeling fine.
 
March 21
 
A very busy day at work but managed to keep on track with the meals. Although I did use a protein bar as a substitute for one meal. Did the workout and feeling good.
 
March 22
 
A good day went for a good ride on the bike, ate well, feeling good.
 
March 23
 
Same as Saturday.

March 24

I had a very good work out early this morning. I have been walking mostly for cardio but feel I'm ready to start doing short jogs. My goal is to get back to running on a regular basis.

March 25

I know we are not suppose to use the scale but I did and I've lost 4 pounds. More than that I'm feeling better each day.

March 26

Had a good work out this evening. I find that I am quite enjoying the meal plan. I feels good to not feel like I have over eaten after a meal.

March 27

Noticed that there were some people that have dropped out. That is to bad and hard to understand.

March 28

Very busy day but was able to supplement a meal with a protein bar. Worked out in the evening and looking forward to the weekend.

March 29

Went for a nice long walk, drank lots of water and ate according to plan. Enjoyed the meeting and got some very helpful information from it.

March 30

Went for another long walk and had generally a relaxing day.

March 31

Ate according to plan, exercised in the evening.
