John F. Xuereb has been providing personal
training and nutritional counseling for over 20
years, and has guided thousands of clients to a
healthier, leaner and more positive lifestyle
through the 16 Week Transformation Challenge.
Below is a brief overview of what you should
expect when taking on the program.
You will receive an informative package which
will give us the information needed to design
your personal road map to your specific goal. 
Every individual is different from the next, this
means that every persons requirements are also different.  This is the key in establishing
your success, why waste time on one path when it is not for you or your body!
This assessment gives us a great understanding of where you are at presently in a
physical manner and a nutritional manner and where you need to be.
From this assessment we are able to pinpoint the exact direction for you to travel to get
your desired goals. It begins with a one-hour consultation during which time we will
complete the following:
Body Fat Analysis (Futrex 5000A Body Fat
Analyzer)
Skin-fold Measurements
Basic Physical Measurements
Progress Photos
Goal-setting Session – Specific, Measurable &
Attainable
Revealing Potential Obstacles – Understanding
How to Achieve Your Goals
We will take this information to determine your current physical and motivation levels, creating a detailed plan to guarantee
the success of your nutrition and training goals for the next 16 weeks.  At our second meeting, we will go over your
personal “road map” and leave you understanding just how your personal transformation will unfold.  We will go over:
   1. Keys to Success
   2. Your Personal Information: your Nutritional Analysis and your Guidelines and Recommendations
   3. Your Eating Plan: your meals outlined for everyday of the month
   4. Your Recipes for healthier eating
   5. Your Training Program
   6. Your Cardiovascular Program
   7. Your Workout Program
   8. Your Exercise Guide
You will then get together with one of our Certified Personal Trainers and receive one-hour training sessions to fully
understand, form, technique as well as receive positive affirmations and accountability. Personal one-on-one attention is
invaluable, and is the spring board to giving you stability in you’re life.
NOTE: The number of training sessions vary according to which Featured Program you choose.
